On 9 December 2025 — Lane Xang Minerals Limited Company (LXML) officially opened its newly constructed Nalou Gate at the Sepon Mine, marking an important milestone in the Company’s ongoing operational development. The opening ceremony was led by Mr. Jeremy Davidson, General Manager of LXML, with participation from members of the Sepon Leadership Team and staff representatives.

The new Nalou Gate serves as the main entrance to the Sepon Mine Site and was developed to support the operation’s long-term growth. On 5 December 2025, at the Savannakhet Provincial Administration Office, Lane Xang Minerals Limited Company (LXML) officially handed over its mineral resource tax payment for the third quarter of 2025, totaling US$8,623,262.98, to the Savannakhet Provincial Authorities.

The payment was received by Mr. Xaydouangvanh Bounlavong, Head of the Provincial Tax Department. The handover ceremony was witnessed by Dr. Senesack Sourisack, Deputy Governor of Savannakhet Province, together with representatives from relevant provincial departments. Representing LXML, the tax payment was presented by Mr. Saman Aneka, Managing Director, and his delegation.

On this occasion, Mr. Saman Aneka conveyed his sincere gratitude to the Deputy Governor and the provincial leadership for their ongoing support for the Company. He also provided an update on operational progress at the Sepon Mine.

In his remarks, the Deputy Governor expressed appreciation to the management of LXML and Chifeng Gold for the timely payment of the Q3 mineral resource tax, noting that this contribution represents over 50% of the province’s total annual budget revenue and plays a critical role in supporting Savannakhet’s socio-economic development.

November 24, 2025 — Lane Xang Minerals Limited Company (LXML) marked a major milestone in community health development by officially handing over the newly completed Na Kae Health Center to the Vilabouly District Public Health Office in Savannakhet Province.

The modern healthcare facility was fully financed by LXML under the Health Impact Assessment project. The project is owned by the Vilabouly District Public Health Office and constructed by Vatthana Khoun Sub Construction Sole Co., Ltd., Construction began on July 10, 2025, and reached completion on November 12, 2025, representing an investment of 1,324,117,212 Kip, underscoring the company’s direct contribution to local health infrastructure.

The project was initiated in response to a documented need for improved medical facilities in the Na Kae service catchment area. Designed to enhance occupational safety and accessibility, the center improves service conditions for healthcare professionals while providing dignified and convenient medical access for local residents.

Speaking at the handover ceremony, Mr. Chanthavong Phouangvichit, Deputy Head of the Vilabouly District Public Health Office, delivered appreciation remarks on behalf of the district:“LXML has long demonstrated leadership in supporting community health outcomes. This facility will serve a population of 4,503 residents across seven villages — Na Kae, Na Than Hia, Na Kachan, Khoua Nga, Kok Tong, Na Nam Sang, and Lao-Tha. With strong public health awareness already present, patient statistics previously showed over 2,400 outpatient visits and more than 500 inpatient cases annually. This investment will have lasting, meaningful impact on primary care delivery here.”

Also addressing the ceremony, Mr. Vilaphone Virachit, Superintendent of Land Access and Community Development, represented LXML, remarked: “This health center reflects a long-term partnership built on shared accountability and community care. It represents more than infrastructure — it stands as a testimony of trust, cooperation, and sustained investment in the wellbeing of Vilabouly communities.”
